Any project involving tangible goods such as printed materials requires a 50% deposit up front. Any project exceeding $500 is also subject to a 50% deposit. Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is due upon completion or delivery. We are pleased to offer financing options, which are subject to agreed upon fees. We accept all major credit cards.
Every project consists of data, and this data is precious. We are very careful about keeping our workstations enabled with sufficient storage and backup solutions. In short, we never delete anything. In order to maintain such vast archives, fees will apply when retreiving old data from the archives. Old data may refer to anything 90 days or older.
We all try and plan ahead, but sometimes despite our best efforts, we find ourselves in a crunch. When we disrupt our production queue and tend to a rush job, it affects other projects. For this reason, we must charge the industry standard rush fee, which is an additional 50%. We will never surprise you with fees. It is our policy to clear all fees with the client ahead of time. The exceptions to this rule are late payment fees.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, all payments are due upon project completion or product delivery. After 30 days, a 3% late fee is accrued. The fees will stack up 3% each 30 days for a maximum of 120 days at which point the matter will be referred to our legal counsel.
The fee for a returned check is $40, which does not include any late fees charged, should the issue result in an invoice unpaid for longer than 30 days.
All furnished pricing information is valid for thirty (30) days from the date provided. After 30 calendar days have passed, the exact same job may cost more or less to complete.
Quotes are prices that are not subject to change within the aforementioned 30 day time period. Quotes are usually given for tangible goods such as promotional materials.
Estimates are subject to change depending on many variables. Such variables include unforeseen technical difficulties, customer’s failure to provide required content, additional resources required to complete the job, etc. Estimates are usually given for professional services such as Web and Graphic design.
Proposals are often a combination of Estimates and Quotes. 90% of the time, we ensure that projects are completed within the limits of the provided estimate. We will make every effort to inform you if a project is expected to exceed the initial estimate.
